We start by creating an individual ISO 9001:2000 registered Method of Procedure (MOP) document for each upgrade. After you review and approve the MOP, we develop an upgrade schedule. Our Field Engineer arrives on site 24 hours in advance to investigate and understand existing alarms, back up current configurations, and pre-load software on all nodes. During the actual upgrade, our engineer downloads the software and activates code, one node at a time, precisely according to the MOP guidelines; monitors all alarms and events; and then verifies that the software loaded correctly and all nodes are running properly.
