Network Access Products Training

Sycamore Networks offers formal training programs for the DNX-11/88 product family as well as for the DNX-1u Access Gateway, the SPS-1000 Signal Processing System, the IAB-3000 Integrated Access Bank and the ENvision Element Management System software.

Open Enrollment Training in Moorestown, NJ

For domestic (i.e. US) customers, training on the DNX-11 and 88 is offered each month via regularly scheduled open enrollment classes. The 2 day course will be conducted at Sycamore Networks' Moorestown, New Jersey facility. 1 day courses on the DNX-1u, the SPS-1000, the IAB-3000 and ENvision are also offered in Moorestown but must be individually scheduled.

There will be minimum and maximum class size requirements for all Moorestown-based training. The minimum class size will be three people. The maximum class size will be nine people. Classes that fail to meet the minimum class size within four weeks of the scheduled start of training will be canceled. Classes that reach the maximum limit will be closed once the limit is reached.

Training for International Customers

International customers who wish to take advantage of Sycamore's Network Access Product training offerings should contact their Sycamore Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will consult with the customer to determine the customer's specific training requirements. The Sales Representative will then present the solution best suited to meet those requirements.

On-site Training for Domestic Customers

For domestic customers, on-site training courses are available. Please contact your Sycamore Networks Sales representative for information about pricing. Please contact education@sycamorenet.com for scheduling. It is recommended that you allow a minimum of 6-8 weeks lead time to schedule on-site training. On-site classes are arranged based on availability of personnel and equipment. Schedules are made on a first- come, first-served basis.
